BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Wenfeng Liu, Chairman
Mr. Liu is a Chinese-Canadian businessman and investor who has numerous business interests. Mr. Liu has held senior positions with Chinese steel producer Hebei Wenfeng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. from its inception to 2004, as well as senior management and executive positions in various other business corporations in China. In Canada, Mr. Liu served as Director of TSXV listed Welichem Biotech Inc. from January 24, 2008 to March 12, 2009.
Lu Zhang
Mr. Zhang is a steel processing consultant with over 15 years of experience in the Tangshan steel production industry in China. He has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tangshan University and has extensive knowledge of the entire steel manufacturing process in northern China.
Xiaopeng Liu
Mr. Liu is a marketing consultant with over 10 years of experience in the alumina refining industry. He has an undergraduate business degree from Tangshan University and has worked in the Tangshan area since graduation.

Shirley Anthony, Chief Executive Officer & Corporate Secretary
Ms. Anthony has over 20 years of corporate communications, corporate development, and strategic marketing experience at numerous publicly traded North American resource companies ranging from early-stage exploration to production. Most recently, she held the role of VP Investor Relations and Communications with Cassiar Gold Corp. Prior to that, she held roles as Director, Corporate Communications with Maple Gold Mines; VP, Corporate Communications for International Tower Hill Mines; Manager, Corporate Communications for Corvus Gold; and Corporate Communications Manager for Silvercorp Metals. Ms. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of British Columbia and is based in Vancouver, B.C.
Jian Dai, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dai is a seasoned corporate financial advisor for several private companies since 2015. Previously, he served as Director of DXI Capital from March 2015 to August 2017 and as Director of CaNickel from June 2013 to June 2016. Mr. Dai also served as CFO and Corporate Secretary for CaNickel from December 2014 to June 2016.
Naomi “Charmaine” Ducharme, Bucko Lake Mine Site Manager
Ms. Ducharme is a proud Cree Nation Band Member from Cross Lake and a lifelong resident of Wabowden, Manitoba. As Bucko Lake Mine Site Manager, she is responsible for all site maintenance and environmental monitoring, ensuring sustainable practices and regulatory compliance. Deeply committed to her community, Ms. Ducharme also serves as a volunteer firefighter and is a former Fire Chief with the Wabowden Fire Department. She also helps preserve local heritage as Treasurer of the Wabowden Museum. Her work reflects a strong sense of stewardship, resilience, and dedication to the land and people she proudly serves.
