Crowflight Acquires Significant New Property in Sudbury Basin

 TORONTO, ONTARIO - CROWFLIGHT MINERALS INC. (TSX Venture Exchange: CML) has acquired 100 % of the Marble Mountain Prospect located 10 km northeast of the Sudbury Igneous Complex (SIC) in Parkin Township (see Figure 1). The property covers a 6.5 km strike length of an apparently previously unrecognized radial offset dyke which appears to be the western extension of the Parkin offset immediately to the west of property. The Milnet Mine, a former Ni-Cu-PGM producer, is located on the Parkin offset. The 2,000 hectare land package consists of 60 mining claims (comprising 73 claim units).

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PROPERTY

- Potential major extension of Parkin offset along radial structure

- Surface grab samples confirm high PGM values in massive sulphide and high Au values in mineralized wallrock

- Significantly increases Crowflight land holdings in Sudbury Basin

Work by Crowflight exploration personnel has identified a potentially significant extension of the Parkin offset along a west-northwest trending radial offset dyke on the Marble Mountain property. Two grab samples of massive to semi-massive chalcopyrite in quartz diorite exposed in an old pit on the property returned Pt values of 19.9 g/t and 13.0 g/t; Pd values of 0.65 g/t and 8.7 g/t; and Au values of 0.02 g/t and 2.68 g/t respectively. Mineralization is also widespread in quartz veins in the wallrock quartzites and marbles south of the quartz diorite (QD) body. Grab samples of this mineralization with high sulphide content returned significant values of gold ranging from 3.28 g Au/t to 19.1 g Au/t. Complete sample results are shown in Table 1 below.

(a)All samples analyzed at SGS Laboratories, Sudbury and Toronto, Ontario

Keith C. Minty, P. Eng., President & CEO stated "We are very pleased to acquire this property as it significantly adds to our presence in the Sudbury Basin. The style and grade of mineralization is similar to that of our AER-Kidd project further enhancing the potential to outline a significant resource of high grade Cu-Ni-Pt-Pd-Au mineralization."

Under the agreement with John Brady and 1311870 Ontario Inc. (the "Vendors"), Crowflight can acquire a 100% interest in the property by providing the Vendors with:

(1) a $20,000 payment and 50,000 common shares on or before January 4, 2004;

(2) a $25,000 payment and 50,000 common shares on or before December 1, 2004;

(3) a $30,000 payment on or before December 1, 2005; and

(4) a $150,000 payment on or before December 1, 2006.

The Vendors will retain a 2.5% net smelter royalty (the "NSR") and will be paid a semi-annual royalty payment of $10,000 commencing on June 1, 2007. Crowflight has the option to purchase 1.5% of this NSR for $1,500,000, with all advance and regular royalty payments reducing the $1,500,000 buyout amount on a dollar for dollar basis. In addition, Crowflight is required to carry out a minimum work commitment of $600 per unit each year ($43,800 annually) to maintain the property in good standing. Crowflight's agreement with the Vendors is subject to approval from the appropriate regulatory authorities.

Crowflight Minerals is a Canadian junior mining exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Crowflight is currently focused on two properties located in the Sudbury Basin. The AER-Kidd property is located on the Worthington Offset nearby Inco's Totten & McIntyre mines and FNX Mining's Victoria project. The Airport property is located on the south-east rim of the Basin about 1.2 km east of Falconbridge's past producer, Norduna Mines and 4 km south-east of Falconbridge's recent (Nickel Rim South) hi-grade Cu-Ni-Co-PGM discovery near to the their past producer, Nickel Rim Mine.
